Sponsorship Levels:

$15,000 Presenting Partnership (must commit by Aug. 1 for logo to be included on t-shirt)

• Up to 25 convoy entries, including one placed as VIP lead truck (entries may be shared with clients of partner company)
• Presenting sponsor status – “World’s Largest Truck Convoy for Special Olympics Wisconsin presented by (you)”
• Right to use Special Olympics & Truck Convoy logos in advertising
• Company recognized with award at the celebration party, with lunch for the corporate representative and/or drivers
• Company logo or name on all marketing materials, including: t-shirts, event programs, Web site, press releases, event banners, registration letters and radio advertisements.(Will also be included on current year’s event brochure and poster if commitment given by April 1.)
• Opportunity to include company information or items in the participant goodie bags
• Opportunity for Truck Dealerships to “show” one new tractor at the south entrance of the Pioneer Travel Plaza the day of the Convoy.

  $5,000 Guardian Partnership Benefits (must commit by Aug. 1 for logo to be included on t-shirt)

• Up to 20 entries in the convoy, one of which will be placed within the first 15 trucks. 
• Company name or emblem on the Convoy t-shirt
• Company name or logo placed in the event program, kick off sign and on Web site
• Opportunity to include company information or items in the participant goodie bags
• Opportunity to display four sponsor-provided banners (3’ x 5’) at event.
• Opportunity for Truck Dealerships to “show” one new tractor at the south entrance of the Pioneer Travel Plaza the day of the Convoy.
• Recognition of your company’s contributions at the celebration party, with lunch for the corporate representative and/or participating drivers
• Past Partners Include:  WEL Companies/Wally Tielens Memorial Fund and Ingram Enterprises, Inc.

$2,500 Gold Partnership Benefits

• Up to 15 entries in the Convoy
• Company name placed in the event program
• Opportunity to include company information or items in the participant goodie bags
• Opportunity to display two sponsor-provided banners (3’ x 5’) at event.
• Opportunity for Truck Dealerships to “show” one new tractor at the south entrance of the Pioneer Travel Plaza the day of the Convoy.
• Recognition of your company’s contributions at the celebration party, with lunch for corporate representative and/or participating drivers.

$1,000 Silver Partnership Benefits

• Up to 10 entries in the Convoy
• Company name listed in the event program
• Recognition of your company’s contributions at the celebration party with lunch for the corporate representative and/or participating drivers
• Opportunity to display one sponsor-provided banner (3’ x 5’) at event.

Long Haul Sponsorship:  $500

Limited Long Haul Sponsorships are available to companies who may not have a truck to register in the convoy, but who have an interest in interacting with the more than 100 participating truckers while they gather at the Staging Location for registration and refreshments.

• Recognized as Long Haul Sponsor in event program
• Opportunity to include promotional item in goodie bags for all participating drivers (item must be provided to Special Olympics by September 4, 2009 to be included).
• Lunch for company representatives at Convoy Celebration

Short Haul Sponsorship: $250

Show your support of the trucking industry and the truck convoy by purchasing an advertisement in the event program given to all attendees. Limited business-card size ad spaces are available on a first-come, first-accepted basis.

$100 Convoy Participant

• One entry in the convoy
• Lunch provided for the driver
