SUMMARY:Virtual Family Health Forum: Emotional Regulation
DESCRIPTION:Join SOWI on March 24th from 4:30pm-5:30pm for a free virtual Family Health Forum on emotional regulation. \nLed by a University of Wisconsin – Madison Occupational Therapy Doctoral Student\, who will share strategies for helping children manage big emotions and develop self-regulation skills. This workshop will provide caregivers with a foundational understanding of emotional regulation\, its role in child development\, and practical\, evidence-based strategies for supporting emotional growth. We will explore common challenges\, share tools for emotional support\, and create a sense of community among caregivers. While the workshop will target youth athletes and their caregivers\, all are welcome to attend. \nPlease complete this form to RSVP and secure your spot!
