Please join us for the 20th Annual Truck Convoy for Special Olympics Wisconsin on Saturday, September 14th for a celebration of the trucking industry, allied partners, and law enforcement working together to raise funds for Special Olympics Wisconsin.
We are looking forward to connecting participants, new and returning who will be bringing excitement and celebration to the trucking community, and going above and beyond to support & fundraise for the more than 7,000 Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes!
Schedule:
6:30 AM – 7:30AM: Registration open and breakfast available at Mercury Marine
7:30 AM: Opening ceremonies and auction results for lead trucks
8:15AM: Trucks depart Mercury Marine in serials (groups of 25) and head north on I-41
9:30 AM: Trucks arrive at EAA
9:30 AM –11:00 AM: Music, Unified Bags Tournament, raffles, & family fun.
11:00 PM: Lunch is served
11:30 PM: Truck Convoy program (sponsor awards, raffle winners) 1:00 PM: Trucks depart EAA
