2023 Catch Your Stride Challenge

FreeJoin us for a six week physical activity challenge!
The fun runs from July 10th to August 21st
The goal is to track your walking, running or rolling minutes consistently for 6 weeks
How to track activity
- Log activity using our ” Activity Tracker” document. Information from the paper document can then be logged into the “Activity Tracker” Google form on a weekly basis. (These will be shared with you shortly)
Consistent participants will be entered to win a Fitbit, a Special Olympics Wisconsin basket or a fitness basket!
