About Cross Country Skiing
This winter sport challenges the athlete’s stamina while racing across groomed ski trails. Athletes may compete in various individual distance or relay events.
2027 Competition Options
Competition will be held at the Winter Invitational. Athletes can compete in 3 events. All events will be formatted with a time trial and a final except for the 7.5K.
Events Offered
- Traditional 50-meter, 100-meter, or 500-meter
- Traditional 1K, 2.5K, 5K, or 7.5K
- Traditional 4×500-meter Relay
